Warren Croft - Owner
AKA Croftee. Warren has owned Fairweathers since its opening in 2008. Warren has owned several bars and is well respected for his catering services. If you can't find Warren in the bar he's probably out cycling, at the rugby or racing cars.
Tineka Smith - Event Planner
Tineka is our event manager extraordinaire. Tineka is your first contact for event planning and catering enquiries. Make an appointment to sit down with her at our commercial kitchen to go over every detail of your wedding or event.
Tineka also helps manage the bar, the entertainment, the staff - and well, everything really. This busy mum can do a hundred things at once and is always there with a smile for the customers.
Toni McLauchlan - Executive Chef
Toni is our very own master chef. Toni may be a little camera shy but she is a wizard in the kitchen and great with her staff. Toni creates our menus, organises around 300 meals in house every day plus delicious, fresh food created especially for everything from a morning tea shout at the office, business functions, weddings, hundreds of harvest meals during vintage and great big events like the Yealands Yak.
